Visit Kiambethu Estate at Limuru, with lecture on history, a walk in the forest and tea plantations. Lunch at the tea estate. In the afternoon visit the Kiuki Cultural Centre learn and experience the traditions and ways of life of the Kikuyu people, a large Bantu group from Central Kenya. Activities here include lecture, inspection of homesteads, tasting the traditional food and enjoying traditional dances. Return to the city in the evening
